H1HIRD One

Terms of Service

Effective 1 October 2026

1. Agreement

By creating a HIRD One account or using the platform, your organization ("you", "your organization") agrees to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. The service

HIRD One is a recruitment, HR, and payroll platform provided on a subscription basis. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. Plans, included employee counts, and per-employee pricing are as published on our Pricing page, which may change with notice.

3. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking). Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing on request.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • No cancellation fee — cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Prices shown exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into HIRD One — candidates, employees, payroll records, and everything else your organization creates. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and delete it on request after account closure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HIRD One to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, to attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's access controls, or to use it in a way that violates applicable law — including data protection law governing the candidate and employee data you manage through it.

6. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen issues can occur. Reach support via the Contact page; Enterprise plans include priority support.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or has a significantly overdue balance, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Liability

HIRD One is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update the effective date above when these terms change, and post the updated version here. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

10. Contact
